With springtime approaching, it is the ideal time to start a meditation practice!  Winter is a time of going inwards in a deep way as spring offers us lots of gifts of growth and expansion.  Let’s take this time together to build up a practice of quieting the mind and developing a connection to our intuition.

This challenge is absolutely free, and involves daily guided meditations that range from 5-20 minutes in length.  During the 28 days, I will offer live Q&A sessions, as well as coaching and support through a daily chat with the group.  Past participants have loved the time together and successfully continued their meditation practices after the challenge!
